I helped to reorganize SI France by unifying the GLPIs it inherited and by proposing an optimal management mode for UIs. I have also helped its evolution by identifying needs and developing tools and processes to meet them. At the same time, I was involved in various internal projects at Atos Senegal such as setting up a software factory, installing a development environment for a client or training an intern.
